Longer answer is that prior to patch 3.7, she's "cursed" with a touch that drains the life from beings on contact, so she is extremely avoidant when it comes to touch. Based on what's shown in canon, I play that those who are already dead or lacking a soul are immune to her touch, and that she can touch inorganic things without issue. This means she's gotten two hugs in her lifetime and she's incredibly touch-starved as a result.
Upon being "reborn" in An Eternal Page within As I've Written, the "curse" is erased, allowing her to freely touch without concern for anyone else's safety.
SHIPPING: Y - my favorite canon ships are her with the Trailblazer, Mydei, Aglaea, Phainon, and Cipher, but I'm down for anything! including cross-canon!!

bird form: a white button quail. Notably, birds are a bit larger in the Hatoful Boyfriend universe than they are in real life, but Kazuaki is still on the smaller side.
human form: a man with fluffy blonde hair and brown eyes. He wears multiple layers, sticking to browns, creams, and pastel colors.
AURAL: gentle, on the slower side, and melodic. He is voiced by Hirofumi Nojima in the drama CDs. Voice sample.
OLFACTORY: for the most part, he smells like soap. ... unless he's fallen asleep in the washing machine again.
DEMEANOUR: laid-back and a bit carefree. due to his narcolepsy, he's prone to falling asleep mid-conversation and/or in strange places.
